All Eyes on Austin: Tillo’s Bill Warshauer Takes Home Top IMA Honor

It’s been a truly unforgettable few days for the Tillo team in Austin, Texas, with Bill Warshauer, our very own Chief Revenue Officer, being honored with the 2025 IMA Lifetime Achievement Award!

A well-deserved recognition!

Presented during the IMA Summit Awards program, this prestigious award celebrates individuals who’ve had a transformational impact on the incentive industry over the course of their careers. And there’s no one more deserving than Bill.

From his humble beginnings delivering newspapers to becoming a trusted advisor and mentor across the incentive ecosystem, Bill has spent more than two decades inspiring growth, innovation, and connection. He’s designed programs for Fortune 500 companies, championed digital transformation, and helped entire verticals unlock new revenue through smarter rewards.

Since joining Tillo, Bill has been instrumental in our US expansion, introducing our API-powered platform to new markets and driving 120% YoY growth in his first five months alone. He also led the charge in forming our Advisory Board, which brings together industry leaders to shape the future of rewards and incentives.
