Modern Slavery Statement
Statement against modern slavery and human trafficking
At Reward Cloud Limited, Tillo Inc and Tillo Pty Ltd, we are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking across our operations in the UK, US, and Australia. We strive to conduct our business with integrity and transparency.
This statement sets out the steps we have taken to understand potential modern slavery risks within our business structure and supply chain, as well as the steps taken to eradicate these risks.
We are fintech/SaaS company that operates a digital gift card and rewards platform. While we are not legally required to comply with section 54 of UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (2010) and Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018, we are making this statement to show our commitment to ethical trading principles and concerns surrounding modern slavery and are committed to taking responsible action to prevent any form of exploitation.
We follow appropriate and risk-based KYB procedures prior to working with brands and aggregators, and other business suppliers.
To help identify and monitor the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain we ask our brands and aggregators to have sufficient compliance procedures within their operations and supply chains to ensure compliance with modern slavery laws and regulations.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we are introducing new online training for all members of staff through KnowBe4.
This voluntary slavery and human trafficking statement is made for the financial year ending 2025.
