With more than 15 years of experience scaling high-growth SaaS businesses, Michael joins at a pivotal moment as Tillo looks to build on a decade of growth and accelerate its ambition to become the world’s leading rewards, incentives and gift card provider - turning them into the currency of connection for businesses and consumers worldwide.
Michael joins from Benefex, a global reward & benefits giant, where over eight years he held a series of senior leadership roles including Chief Customer Officer and Chief Operating Officer, playing a central part in the company’s growth from 100 to 1,300 employees. A previous customer of Tillo’s during his time at Benefex, Michael’s expertise spans operational transformation, global delivery model design, customer retention strategy and leadership team development - experience that directly aligns with Tillo’s mission to empower businesses worldwide with the ultimate choice for rewards, incentives and gift cards through seamless, scalable experiences.
