2025 was a year of progress. You built stronger programs, expanded into new markets, and created better experiences for the people you serve. And throughout it all, Tillo moved alongside you.

You turned flexibility into growth and choice into loyalty, and as you scaled, we focused on giving you a platform that keeps you moving without slowing you down.

From our TilloConnect Brunches to our flagship Summit, brands and buyers sat with us and shared what gets in the way and what could unlock even more value. You asked for speed, better visibility, and tools that help you manage programs with less effort.

Faster Access to Our Brand Network

As buyer programs became more complex, we focused on removing friction and shortening the path from idea to impact.

In 2025, we grew our buyer network by 32% and our brand network by 95%, with hundreds of global buyers actively trading and fueling more than £1 billion in FVS. To support that growth, we accelerated onboarding across the board.

Account management teams can now give buyers access to our sandbox in minutes, not days, with minimal information required. That same speed now carries through into production, helping buyers go live faster by year-end.

We also introduced self-service sandbox access, giving potential customers a chance to explore our showroom, take a test drive, and see how easy it is to access our brand network before committing.

Inside the Buyer Hub, we made large-scale launches simpler too. Buyers can now add multiple brands at once, removing unnecessary admin during major rollouts. And to keep campaigns running smoothly, we expanded our suite of real-time webhooks - buyers now receive automatic alerts for float balance thresholds, brand status changes, and denomination updates, allowing them to respond proactively and avoid disruption.

A Faster Platform, Built to Scale

Behind the scenes, we made meaningful improvements to the core of the Tillo platform to support this pace of growth.

API performance is now consistently under 0.9 seconds, making near-instant delivery the norm. Searching in the Hub is 10× faster, with results appearing in under 0.8 seconds. And to keep momentum high, our Engineering team grew by 24%, strengthening our ability to build what you need next.

StoreFront Continued to Grow

StoreFront landed in 2024 and came into its own in 2025!

This year, StoreFront buyer launches increased by over 250%, expanding our presence across three markets. We also launched the StoreFront Hub, giving buyers direct control over orders and payments! This shift has saved countless hours previously spent on support calls with operations and engineering teams.

Early in the year, we introduced Pay by Bank for UK buyers, giving them a lower-cost alternative to traditional card payments. We also expanded StoreFront into Australia, extending our global coverage and ensuring StoreFront now operates around the clock.

ChoicePlus and PrepaidPass Unlocked More Consumer Value

In 2025, we significantly expanded how consumers can access and use rewards.

We reimagined and relaunched our open-loop prepaid offering as PrepaidPass, giving consumers more flexible ways to access the brands they love wherever Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

This included the launch of:

  • A new LAP prepaid card, opening access to a wider range of buyer gifting, reward, and incentive programs
  • A new Disbursement prepaid card, allowing consumers to receive rewards onto a prepaid card redeemable anywhere Visa and Mastercard are accepted

Alongside this, we expanded our multi-brand gift card offering with ChoicePlus.

ChoicePlus gives consumers the ultimate choice in how they redeem rewards, supported by a refreshed look and feel with themed designs across grocery, retail, and travel. Buyers can now surface top brands on ChoicePlus cards to support promotions, and can offer PrepaidPass directly within ChoicePlus to unlock even broader spending flexibility.

Building on this, we launched CampaignLink, making it easy to run time-based promotions powered by ChoicePlus and helping buyers deliver more targeted, relevant campaigns at exactly the right moment.

A Brand Network That Expanded Faster Than Ever

The pace of our brand network growth accelerated significantly this year.

We added over 1,600 new brands to the Tillo Network, empowering buyers and brands to form 91,000 new connections, widening the reach of programs across loyalty, cashback, rewards, and financial services.

Our global footprint expanded into eight new markets, including Kuwait, New Zealand, the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman. At the same time, onboarding timelines improved by over 25%, dropping to as little as just one week, meaning brands, aggregators, and processors can unlock FVS faster than ever.

So, What’s Coming in 2026?

Next year builds on everything we’ve learned.

A refreshed Buyer Hub will deliver a slicker experience, tighter alignment to the Tillo brand, and faster delivery of new capabilities across our teams.

We’re launching new API SDKs to accelerate onboarding through self-certification, alongside AI-enabled tooling that will help buyers build new gift card, reward, and incentive experiences faster using platforms like Lovable and Cursor.

StoreFront will expand into new markets across Europe and North America, with added support for points-based verticals and more low-cost payment options.

PrepaidPass will unlock new verticals, revenue streams, and faster approvals through new US partnerships, with expansion into the UK and EU to follow.

We’re also evolving our data platform to give buyers clearer, faster, and more actionable insights, with improved reporting designed to support better decisions and stronger performance.

And finally, we’ll continue to enhance how offers are surfaced and matched, using smarter data signals to create more relevant connections between buyers and brands.
