Built for Better: How TilloConnect is Powering Progress Through Partnership

What happens when you bring nearly 100 brands and buyers together under one roof to talk tech and build something better?

You get the TilloConnect Summit - our flagship event, this year held at London’s May Fair Hotel, with the theme of Built for Better. It was a day designed not just to talk about the future, but to shape it together.

Why did we start TilloConnect?

You told us you didn’t just want great tech - you wanted a real connection. A space to meet the right people, hear from real voices in the industry, and be part of a community that’s moving forward together.

So we built TilloConnect to do exactly that - to bring brands and buyers together in a way that’s purposeful, energising, and truly collaborative.

The TilloConnect Summit is an event designed to break down silos, foster open conversations, and place collaboration at the heart of growth. After launching our first TilloConnect event in 2024, the series has gone from strength to strength as we expand events both digitally and globally.

TilloConnect is progress, powered by partnership

Built around our theme, Built for Better, our Summit event featured energising sessions that reflected the questions, ideas, and challenges we’ve been hearing from across the ecosystem:

  • Our panel, The Power Triangle: Brands, Buyers & Buy-In, uncovered what it takes to build powerful partnerships, exploring how to align goals, unlock buy-in, and secure budget to turn gift cards into a serious growth driver.
  • What the Data Tells Us About Building Better took an honest look at where we are, where we need to go, and what we need to do as an industry to get there.
  • And in Tillo’s Innovation in Action, we explained how our customer feedback continues to shape the future of our business, with insights from across Tillo’s senior leadership team.
  • We closed the afternoon with a practical session on International Expansion, recognising the global ambitions many of our partners share and how Tillo can help them scale.

Bringing brands and buyers together

Buyers want to meet brands. Brands want to meet buyers. So we made it happen.

At this year’s summit, we also facilitated meetings between brands and buyers, providing both sides with a unique opportunity to connect in a meaningful and focused way. These weren’t surface-level chats - they were the kinds of conversations that unlock new partnerships, identify new opportunities, and move the industry forward.

Attendees could also explore our interactive TilloConnect Zones. These areas focused on showcasing the team behind our Customer Success Excellence accreditation as well as the technological advancements directly impacting both our brands and buyers.
