The goal was a flexible rewards program that works for small, everyday purchases as well as bigger spends, while keeping customers active inside the HyperJar ecosystem.
One integration to Tillo's award-winning gift card API
By integrating with Tillo’s API, HyperJar offers an in-app reward marketplace where customers can buy digital gift cards and earn instant cashback at two different rates:
- Open Cashback – a lower cashback rate for rewards that can be spent anywhere via the HyperJar card.
- Locked Cashback – a higher cashback rate when the reward is locked to a specific retailer.
This structure gives customers the freedom to choose between flexibility and maximum value, while ensuring funds stay within the HyperJar environment.
